The Table in Willow Glen is a neighborhood eatery that serves ingredients that are local and seasonal. The Table is associated with Chef Jim Stump's new ventures in Campbell The Vesper, a craft-cocktail lounge and Forthright Oyster Bar and Kitchen, a seafood centric concept. We are searching for talented Front of House and Back of House professionals for all of our establishments. Front Of House Host - Entry Level Expos - Prefer some restaurant experience Servers - Prefer at least 1 year of high volume restaurant experience and knowledge of the 10-steps of service model Barbacks - Some barback or bussing experience preferred must be able to lift 50lbs and stand and bend for lengthy periods of time Bartenders - 1-2 years bartending in craft-cocktail high volume environment Back of House Chef de Cuisine - 2 years previous experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in independent restaurant and supervising at least 8-10 cooks. Graduate of a culinary program is a bonus. Prefer someone who has worked in a free-standing operation with over 80 seats. Sous Chef - previous kitchen manager or Sous Chef experience preferred Line Cooks - prefer 6 months to a year of experience cooking in a free-standing operation.
