FOX Racing Shox, a fastgrowing and dynamic company in Baxter, MN, has an exciting opportunity of Customer Service Representative. For over three decades, FOX has been an industry leader in the design and development of high performance shock absorbers and racing suspension products for snowmobiles, mountain bikes, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, offroad cars, trucks, and SUVs. FOX is seeking a Customer Service Representative who would be responsible for processes and follow up on smaller OEM's and AM Distributors Dealers needs by communicating via phone, email, fax and customer visits. The Customer Service Representative would also have partial involvement in smaller AM development projects and coordination to efficiently fulfill customer needs. This position will reports directly to the Sales Manager/Race Manager. Specific Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep (Powersports Division) include but are not limited to: Informs customers of individual shock unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays stock levels, specials and any additional information required. Enters Sales Orders, pricing etc, accurately into Epicor computer system. Occasional coordination and team building visits at corporate location in Scotts Valley, CA. Accurately understand functionality of Epicor ERP systems Travels to trade shows, industry events and races. Handles strategic smaller OEM customers with communication with sales team and management for accurate advice and customer handling, including forecast and PO planning. Understanding dealer and smaller OEM business models. Records sales orders and files copies accordingly. Follows up and visits standard dealer base smaller OEM's to research opportunities and customer need. Follows up on orders and product delivery to ensure delivery by specified dates. Follows up on customer complaints and issues. Turns over dealer prospects to management for account validation. Interfaces with Sales team, engineering team, race team and marketing. Issue returns goods authorization numbers to customers requesting permission to return goods. Answer product questions and refer service questions as needed to service department. Ongoing involvement and engagement in FOX products to stay current and continually learn and promote product. Coordinates and plans with key AM customers in order to grow AM sales on a quarterly basis. Answering aftermarket sales calls from consumers and dealers, both technical and sales related inquiries. Engaged and proactive in all PSD business segments, SNO, MOTO,ATV,SXS Attend marketing/sales/race events for product promotions. Qualifications/Skills: Ability to multitask and solve problems with minimal management supervision. Exceptional communication and planning skills. Proficient in Windows Office package and operative systems. Ability to work under high stress and pressure. Superior time management skills. Excellent team player. Industry knowledge.
