FOX is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with 5 years of professional experience in customer collections. The principal responsibility of AR/Collections Specialist in El Cajon will be to oversee all of Oracle AR. Specific Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist include but are not limited to: Running and reviewing customer aging reports Reviewing and applying payments to customer account balances Posting credit memos and various manual adjustments Reviewing and adjusting customer credit limits as needed Emailing and/or calling on delinquent accounts Assisting accounting with month and AR close and bad debt allowance reserve review Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounts receivable and customer collections Minimum 2 years using Oracle R12 ERP (accounts receivable) AA in accounting or equivalent preferred Attention to detail a must, as is a solid work ethic, ability to work independently for remote management, and strong communication skills To apply, please email resume and cover letter to: ttirrell@ridefox.com We look forward to hearing from you!
