We are looking for an individual to to ensure a quality product is accurately accounted for in inventory, prepared for the customer and packaged for shipping to our Nordstrom stores. Responsibilities Unpack and sort merchandise Ensure physical inventory matches logical inventory in Distribution Center warehouse management system Review and verify merchandise order information is correct Pull merchandise from stored locations, pack and ship merchandise cartons to appropriate stores Utilize best practices following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Cards (QRCs) Research and resolve issues using appropriate resources Provide minimal direction for daily transfers and agency staff, as appropriate Qualifications Job Description Nordstrom is a fashion specialty retailer founded on a simple idea: offer each customer the best possible service, quality, value and selection.
