@WORK Personnel Services is currently hiring for Bilingual English/Spanish Human Resources Generalist for our company client- A produce market company in South San Francisco. This is for a temp-hire contract and for an urgent start: WHAT YOU WILL DO: Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits and training and development Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment sources Design and conduct new employee orientations Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers Work with Human Resources team to resolve labor relation issues.
