Title: Crew Member Reports to: Store Manager Role Overview Performs tasks required for the preparation and presentation of Pretzel Power products to its customers, and for the maintenance of the store premises and equipment, in accordance with operating standards, and policies. Role Responsibilities Deliver the ultimate customer service experience and impressions of the Pretzel Power brand. Able to clearly and concisely communicate product knowledge and information to all customers. Enhance customer experience through engagement and sampling to all potential guests. Demonstrate attentive, cheerful and timely standards for service. Prepare dough and other products (lemonade, butter, Specialty Beverages, etc.) Roll and twist pretzels and cinnamon rolls Dip, shape and salt baked goods. Insert, rotate, and remove baking trays; monitor ovens for correct baking time and product color. Dip, drain, and file baked goods in product warmer. Prepare specialty baked goods. Prepare drinks and bag orders. At all times exhibit a friendly, courteous attitude toward customers and coworkers. GUESTS: Greet customers, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you and Smile/voice inflection. Accurately operate cash registers in accordance with Cash Register Procedures. Set up equipment, utensils, and supplies for opening. Break down, clean, and put away equipment, utensils, and supplies at closing. Perform cleaning and maintenance procedures as directed by person in charge of shift. Comply at all times with Pretzel Power dress code and personal appearance standards. Comply with all Pretzel Power policies and procedures, including relevant federal and state regulations regarding mixers and ovens, e.g., safety and environmental standards, OSHA, EPA, Right-to-Know, EEO, ADA, et.al. Perform all of the essential duties of this position in a safe and effective manner, consistent with the prescribed method and guidelines established by Pretzel Power, Inc. Perform other duties as directed by Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Manager.
