Seeking an Entry-Level Contract Admin to join a well-known leader in the Oil Gas Industry. This person will work onsite in a lab supporting Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) with creating unqique products that the company supplies. These products could need equipment, specifications, and testing, and the Lab Admin/Contract Admin will approve this process and keep the database updated. This is a one year+ contract to start, but the goal is for this person to become a direct employee with the company. Prior experience within contracts and approvals is not required. Years of Experience: 0-2 years Key Skills/Background: Bachelor's in a Scientific Field (e.g. Chemistry, Biology) Prior lab work experience, either out of school or during, with a familiarity for processes, systems, and testing in a lab environment Excellent communication skills, as this person will work with many groups and other labs internally, as well as coordinating with clients Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, good work habits and a positive attitude are essential Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a customer service approach Deadline-oriented, assertive and able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities while providing timely customer support Ability to maintain confidentiality of the work and the integrity of the processes Understand the importance of documentation Well-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Salesforce experience would be nice to have Summary: The main function of the Contract Admin is to draft, process, finalize and coordinate the execution of master, general, professional and limited services agreements required for tactical projects and operations and maintenance for selected Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Responsibilities: Obtain approval letters, recommendations, and listing in OEM manuals Manage and maintain "work list" for planning, tracking and reporting progress of OEM approval applications Responsible for OEM Approval Letter database.
