Job Description: Working as an Account Manager for a Sales Department. Ideal candidate will have experience handling a high volume of inbound or outbound calls in a call center, high attention to detail, and administrative skills. Work Environment: The Company has been growing for the past few years, and at the heart of that growth is the Sales Team, which has doubled in size in the last 4 years. The Sales Team is under-going a lot of re-organization. They are implementing Salesforce and shifting all administrative sales duties to the admins so the Account Managers can focus on selling. Day in the life: The purpose of the AM role is to drive repeat orders from their current clients. They will be making outbound calls to current clients asking if they'd like to place an order and upselling products. They will also take in-bound calls from clients calling in to place an order and upselling. The Account Managers will spend their entire day on the phone making calls. They will make about 50-100 calls/day. 70% of calls will be outbound and 30% will be inbound (roughly).
