Manufacturing: Customer Service Representative - San Francisco, California

Job Description: This person is mostly doing email support. They will log in the ZenDesk and respond to customer complaints/questions. Issues that come up range from shipping complaints to credit card changes or billing address changes. There is very few phone calls required, some clients will require a follow up call after an email but that is about it. All escalated issues will be taken care of by the CS Manager. This person will be joining an existing team of 4. Work Environment: The company is a start up that's been around for just over 6 years. This person will the joining the seasonal CS team to help with the higher number of inquiries that will be coming in. The company is in Downtown SF that has about 45 employees. Very casual work environment, Bart Accessible.
