Job Summary: Manages all functions of a Jimmy Johns restaurant to ensure a high level of customer service and quality food service, along with cleaning and organization. The Shift Supervisor will operate and lead shifts at the store when the General Manager is not on duty. Shift Supervisors are responsible for the effective execution of fast, accurate orders and exceptional customer service. We will teach you how!! We train our managers to be effective at: 1. Managing food and labor costs. 2. High speed accurate order execution. 3. Paying attention to every detail. Managers must add to the culture by leading the team by their own example. High integrity is absolutely critical and you must be willing to work harder than everyone else in order to garner trust, credibility and loyalty. What does it take to be successful at Jimmy Johns? Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be able to read and write and communicate in English. Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, standing and moving about the unit the entire workday. Must be at least 18 years of age. Special Requirements. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision. Ability to handle and resolve customer threats and issues. Ability to handle and resolve employee issues. Skills to use a personal computer and various software packages (Word/Excel).
