Job Description:Macs and Windows This position will have you as the most senior Help Desk Person in a $1B+ ecommerce firm with over 2500 employees worldwide. This Level 3 role requires a deep understanding of the Mac environment as well as a solid foundation in Windows, servers and of course peripherals. We are also seeking someone who can automate so Scripting skills are definitely required. There will be a lot of project work built into this position and you will be quite busy ensuring that computers are doing what they are supposed to be doing. As the highest ranking Help Desk person, you will be the SME for many things. You will be the one they come to when no one else can solve the problem and as such this is a highly visible position within the organization. You will have the opportunity to mentor those under you and maybe teach them a few things about Mac and Windows. Communication skills are key so we definitely need someone who is not shy.
